I did something n I'm scared

I'm 20 weeks right, well today has been so exhausting..I got home and threw myself on my bed totally forgetting I have a baby in me. I landed right on my belly but I fell asleep. It didnt hurt but when I woke up, I haven't noticed any movement and my baby usually kicks alot. Should I go to the dr? Do I wait? Am I just being paranoid??
