First is a RED head .... what’s the chance of a second?!?

Y’all my first daughter has beautiful red hair and blue eyes! I’m am so in love with her color combination that I am hoping my second child has these same colors!!!! I have brown hair and brown eyes and my husband has brown hair and green/hazel eyes.....How many mommas that had a red head had another red head? I’m asking because my husband I both have these genes as recessive and I seriously doubt it will happen again! Fingers crossed! Show me your red heads!!!!

If neither of you actually have red hair then you're both just carriers of the mutation so it's a 1 in 4 chance.  As for eye color, that's not as straightforward as red hair as there are more gene factors at play.
