Lack of motivation while on period
I work out about 3-4 times a week and I also avoid eating processed foods. But while I’m on my period I can’t push myself to work out and I eat everything in sight lol. Every single month it’s the same cycle!! Anyone go through this? How do I overcome this lol? I know it’s hormonal but I’ll never reach my body goals if I take a week off EVERY month.
