Is dancing safe during pregnancy?

I’ve been dancing since middle school and always gives me a burst of energy and focus when ever I go through stress. I’m over 18 weeks ( and I’m 18) and I’ve done dancing earlier in my pregnancy but stopped once I hit around 13 weeks. I want to start picking back up in it again but don’t know if it’ll be too much moving around for the baby. I love hip hop, salsa and other dance choreography’s but I know some can be too hardcore with jumping and a lot of body movement. I know exercise is good for pregnancy, but I wanted to know if dancing is safe during 2nd and 3rd trimester?
