Lightning crotch

Jeez, what a crude term! Lol. But I think I’m having it. Not sure though! Can someone who knows what it is for sure describe what it feels like so I can compare my symptoms? I’m having a dull pain (sometimes sharp short spasms of pain as well) in my crotch area. It’s a struggle to walk but the pain seems to subside when I’m lying down or sitting. Is this lightning crotch or something else?

I would call my OB if I was having other symptoms with it...but so far it’s just this. If the dull pain continues into tomorrow I may call. 🤷‍♀️
