Gu cheesecakes?

So my partner is so sweet and bought me home some salted caramel GU cheesecakes, it doesn’t say pasteurised on it and it says it’s made with soft cheese, can I still eat them as a one off or will it harm baby?

I don’t know what GU cheesecake is, but normal cheesecake is baked. The high temperatures from baking would kill any bacteria present making it safe to eat.

I did a quick google search and the eggs and cream they use are pasteurized. They did say in their mousses and soufflés the eggs aren’t pre cooked. I’d eat the cheesecake 😊

I wouldn’t, sift cheeses should be avoided because of bacteria
