Help ⁉️

So my period was a little weird in March so idk if that’s when I ended exactly.. I was irregular up until last January my af start being normal the here comes this 37 days late was waiting till tomorrow to start tripping out 😑 god knows how much I’ll love to have my actual first born... so any advice
