Did you experience very intense breast pain in the first trimester?

I am the original poster. My boobs hurt so bad I want to cry sometimes. Any of you mommas have tips for the pain? I'm afraid of taking any medications, so I've just delt with it so far.

Yes, I only have two bras that don't hurt. And I usually don't wear a bra to bed, but I have to now for two reasons. (One is a bralette and one is a lightweight sportsbra.)
1. So nothing can rub against or touch my nipples. The bras I do have are just tight fitting enough that they don't rub.
2. Because if my boobs are just hanging there, the feel so heavy and hurt so bad. 😭

Ooooh yes. My nipples especially. I hated wearing clothes, not wearing clothes, anything touching them... I'm so glad it's gone away now but definitely the 1st trimester they were so sore

I had it really bad at night and I'm still holding my boobs every time I go up or down the stairs lol.
When I would sleep on one side for too long and try to shift, my boobs just ACHED and I woke up every time to hold them so I could switch sides 😂 its getting better at almost 14 weeks but it is not the bees knees!!!

YES!! Especially at night. I hate wearing a bra to bed and it felt like my boobs and nipples were ripping out of my skin. It goes away eventually
