To eat, or not to eat....
That is the question!
So no matter how little or how much I eat in one sitting, I end up feeling like I over ate.
It's the most annoying thing ever!
Some nights I just kind of go to sleep a little hungry because I know if I eat something, I'm going to feel so uncomfortable that I wont be able to sleep.
It feels like if I take a deep breath I'll explode. It feels like my food is sitting in my chest.... It's making me miserable! I can't eat normally, sleeping is difficult. Anyone else deal w/ this? Or have any tips/tricks to help the feeling pass quicker?
