This was my second MC, first one was only at 6 weeks and it took a long time for my HCG levels to come down. But this time I was at 10.5 weeks with twin boys but had a D&C it took a little but for my HCG levels to come down but they did come down to 0 and I had my first period last month. Well I'm now basing it off that last menstruation but my OPK isn't anywhere close to a positive and I've been testing since I started my "window" is this normal? Or will I maybe not ovulate for a little while or will it be really late?
