Need someones input

The first day of my last menstrual period was March 25th 2019. Today is May 2nd and still no Period.... April 25th I experienced light spotting for like 1 hour only when I wiped( Sorry TMI) it was pinkish with a little tint of orange. It was accompanied with very minor cramping. Then it all went away. Now i have extreme sore boobs not like when you PMS its a bit different. I also have a pinching pain thats a lil annoying today on my left side. And still no period till this day I took two hpt both negative on April 27th and April 30th. I have a doctors appointnent May 13th. When should I test again if no AF comes?????
