I’m 5 days post op and been having sharp pains here on and off. When I get up , sit , & walk. It comes and goes. Anyone have any idea what it could be?

Probably your anchor stitch. It’s where they pull all your fascia together at the first stitch. If they grab a lot at once it can cause pain.  It took 7-10 days for mine to ease up.

I had the same thing and my OB said it's totally normal for one side to give you sharp pain for a while, due to the way they do the internal stitching and the way they have to pull on your belly to get the baby out. Mine stopped feeling that way probably 2 weeks after surgery. Hang in there!
