Weight loss
So, I’ve always been overweight. This past year I lost 50 lbs. In January got pregnant, unplanned. Now it’s April and I’ve gained almost all back. I ended up having a miscarriage and just snowballed any progress I have made.
Anyways, I did Keto in the past and it helped a lot. However, it caused gallbladder problems which resulted in having to get it taken out.
So, what would be the best plan of action?
I was thinking 50 carbs or less a day. And 1300 Calories. And try to start working out a few days a week.
Does anybody have any advice? My boyfriend is supportive, but eats a terrible diet. So, he won’t be much help in that department. I want to lose weight and be healthy so we can have a child.
