So I came off the implant in August and I've only had 5 periods. My cycles are super varied and even using OPKs daily it's not always easy to pin down my ovulation (last month using clear blue it was high, high, gone without a peak then possibly ovulation a week later)

I'm so frustrated because I don't know if 10 years of nexplanon is what's caused these problems or if I was always like this and I didn't realise as I never had a period on Nexplanon ☹️
