Baby was born April 26th 💙

My May 1st baby is now a April baby boy.

On April 25th I had a gush coming down at 5am, I was so sleep and was not sure if it was my water or if I had pee my pants. By 10am I decided to go to the hospital to get check, and it was my water, so they were keeping me. I was 3cm dilated and 70% effaced. They started pitocin at 11am. Hours goes by at 4pm I'm 5 cm 80% thin out. I was having contractions but I was not feeling anything. At 7pm I still was 5.5 cm dilated, my doctor started talking about c section. I really wanted to have a vaginal delivery. So they turn up pitocin at maximum amount. At 11pm I'm 7cm, so I got my hopes up and by now I was feeling the contractions pretty strong so I asked for the epidural. At 11am I was finally 10cm dilated. I pushed for 2 hours without success. My doctor try to feel the position of his head and turned it, let me tell you, it hurts so bad. She told me best option would be c section, baby felt big to passing through my pelvis. I said ok. At 1:26pm my adorable baby was born. He was 8.8 pounds 21 cm. He had problems to breath, so he had to go straight to the nicu. He stayed there for 3 days.

We are home now. And I couldn't be happier.
