Need help ...

It's not baby related ...

But, recently me and my husband got divorced and I wanted to take his name off my vehicle ( I'm still paying monthly on it ). Some says through re-finance ? But he's not cooperative like he won't respond to me or even pick up the phone when the bank tried to get ahold of him. Does anyone experience the same thing as I do ? How did you manage to handle it? Please share advice. Thanks

P.S. He signed the divorce paper that the vehicle will be mine
