Anyone?

Anyone get checked and told they were not dilated at all, and cervix was soft and high up, but still ended up giving birth before 40 weeks? I'm so tired and miserable and in so much pain.  I had my other 2 kids at 37 weeks and I'm 37 weeks now and feel like she will go past due date (23) since I'm not dilated or thinned out yet?

When I tell you don’t let it discourage you, don’t! I Kid you not I went to the hospital Friday 4/27 thinking I was in labor because I was contracting. I was told I was High and Hard, I repeat High and Hard and I was in False Labor because of dehydration and got IV fluid. I was checked by two doctors because I was convinced the first one was lying. Nope! Sent me home! On 4/29 at 7:45 a.m. I went Hospital with contractions was checked by the same lady from 2 days prior and was 6cm ! I WAS SHOOK, she was too! I had my son 1 hour 11 minutes later! 39 + 3. Check out my birth story on my page!

My cervix is also closed and high. Or was on Wednesday. I’ll be 39 weeks on Sunday. I’m hoping my body magically opens up and lets baby out soon. Lol.

It can change quick . I went from barely softened / thinned out and no dilation at 37 weeks to 90% thinned and 1cm dilated at 38 weeks. 38w 3 days now and nothing yet but my doctor said she doesn’t think that I will go late at all

Same checked today at 38w5d and midwife said cervix is still very high and hard 🤦🏼‍♀️ was hoping for better news because I’m ready for her I’m so uncomfortable... sex and bouncing on a yoga ball isn’t helping either I have been doing that all week long..

We have the same due date, my cervix is also closed/not dilated as per check at hospital yesterday, but having regular Braxton Hicks for days! I’ve been struggling with high bp since last Saturday, in and out of hospital almost daily being monitored. They said they will want to induce around 38 weeks if I don’t naturally have baby before, I just would rather naturally start myself

I had my son at 37 weeks and I hit 39 weeks tomorrow. 😭😭😭 Any day now would be great because chasing after a toddler is rough. And I never realized the swelling that came with being this pregnant. Wish I could say you’d go into labor but maybe soon because you had not one but both of you kids at 37 weeks.

I’m 39 weeks I have had a couple of cervical checks but each midwife has told me different! I’m 1cm prosteria high cervix but soft 🤷‍♀️ another midwife said prosteria high cervix 1-2 cm but firm so I’m not sure what to believe x
