BBT and OPK newbie - help needed!

It’s my first cycle trying bbt and OPKs. I reached a ‘high’ but not positive reading on CD 13, but this is my bbt and am a bit clueless on what it means. Doesn’t a dip before a spike mean ovulation? But my dip was CD 10/11. Help I’m confused!
