HCG levels at 3 weeks! I’m freaking out!

My period isn’t due for 4 days but I’m pregnant. They did a blood test and my hcg levels are 44... I have to go back Monday to make sure they’re rising. Anybody have this problem?? I’m freaking out! I don’t want another miscarriage.
