Hiv spots?

Hey guys so I know I should go to the doctors to get tested but money is really tight right now and I’m saving up to get tested. Does this look like an hiv spot? Or rash? It doesn’t itch and I only have these 2 spots on my arm. I have some discharge that’s white but it doesnt itch down there or anything. I had unprotected sex, well if getting drunk from a guy I thought was my “friend” and not remembering how I woke up naked next to him happened, I just want to see your opinions of what this may be. I took an oral swan test from oraquick that said I’m negative but I feel doubtful for some reason those tests might not be super accurate. Please let me know what you think.
