Eye glasses??

Can anyone explain my prescription to me??
And is this a minor prescription?? Like do I have to wear my glasses?

I work in eye care and it’s not too high but because you have a cylinder number and an axis number, it usually means you astigmatisms in both eyes. Meaning that your eyes let light in differently. It seems you would mainly need glasses/contacts for distance and night time driving.
