My sons looked like that a day or 2 before it fell off. Had some white pus, ( only a little bit ) and looks like dried blood or brown discharge. It fell off within a day or 2

It looks fine. Right before my sons came out at 1 week old it had the same pus/lube type look when it was loose then it ended up falling out a day or two later.
