Hello ladies! So I’ve finally decided to get my life back on track this year after a very painful breakup last year and came up with my 2019 resolutions last January. Among those resolutions is to become a healthier and lose some weight. I’m currently 86kgs and want to go back to 55-60kgs. I might be a little delayed with this one but better late than never, right? lol

Anyway, I’ve been hitting the gym for 2 weeks now. And I wanted to start on a Keto diet. I’ve done a bit of research but I’d like to ask for tips and suggestions from the lovely ladies here who have experienced Keto.

What’s the best way to start Keto?
