I have an obsession with flossing my teeth. I will do it just sitting watching tv and a lot more times throughout the day.

If you’re doing it too much you could potentially damage your gums. I believe it can also effect the gum line which then could potentially effect the teeth negatively. But I’d ask your dentist about it.
