So far this pregnancy has treated me well. I wasn’t swelling at all, my rings actually fit loose but Tonight, after spending some time on my yoga ball my hands felt a bit achy... when I looked they were swollen and red - immediately I panicked taking my rings off because they had swollen so much.

Even after taking my rings off and elevating my hands (they were resting on my thighs as I was on the ball) they have stayed swollen 🤭

My feet seem fine, it’s literally only my hands. Anyone else experiencing this sudden swelling?
