Nipples

My nipples get sore during my fertile week starting a day before I get a positive opk smiley face. They normally stay Tender and sensitive for about 5 days and go back to normal. I’m wondering if anyone else experiences this? I feel like if they were to stay sore longer than normal than maybe it would mean pregnancy. I’m 7DPO and I figured I’m out already since the estrogen or progesterone levels must have dropped whatever hormones are responsible for sore nipples the week of ovulation. Thoughts ladies???
