Weights and working out

Hi all,

I’m 4 weeks and 5 days. I just found out 3 days ago I’m pregnant and today was the day af was supposed to come (and thankfully didn’t).

As of last week I was lifting weights and using the machines in the gym. I also jog a lot inside and outside. I’m scared of doing anything now that I’m pregnant!

Is anyone lifting weights now in their first trimester or have you with previous pregnancies? Any insight to what you do for your fitness routine would be SO appreciated. I want to work out but I don’t want to keep thinking I’m going to make something go horribly wrong with the baby!
