WIC & Texting ?

So today I got a Text

WIC has never text me it’s always a call and plus I was just there on April 17th. So I just block the number. Also nobody has my number, so it either a fake number or somebody just trying to get info outta me.

So my question is has WIC ever text you asking something like this?

And it had to be an iPhone I only can receive text from iPhones 📱 because my phone ain’t connected just using WiFi/Hotspot
