Wasn’t really sure where this question belonged, but ever since giving birth a little over 8 weeks ago, my back is KILLING me when I lie down on my back or my right side.

I thought maybe it was because I slept on my left for so long being pregnant and now I’m not sure if I favor my left side because that’s facing my daughter’s pack n play where she sleeps or because it means I’m not in pain. I thought the pain would go away, I try and force myself to lie on my right side or my back at night but it causes a little trouble breathing and it honestly just hurts.

Normal? Not normal? Does it go away?
