Help- possible implantation bleeding?

I just went to the bathroom and wiped myself and saw light spotting? Can that be possible implantation or my period starting? It’s not due until the 11th and my boobs feel sore

It’s not too early for implantation bleeding. It could very possibly be implantation bleeding as you are 7DPO. Implantation has occurred as early as 5DPO. Test on the 10th and the 11th if your period has not come!
