I take the GNC prenatals with DHA. I really like them so far.

I take the women’s one a day doctor says that is perfect.

I use the Honest Company prenatals. They have L-MethylFolate in them, instead of folic acid. I can take folic acid, I just get paranoid about everything and I wanted to be safe 🤷‍♀️ they’re great. Unfortunately smell like vanilla, and everything sweet is very unpleasant to me at the moment

I was given pregnacare by my midwife so I think that would probably be the best x
