I am only 12 weeks, so my uterus is still really low, but this is my fourth baby so it is also poking out pretty good. However after a lifetime of obesity, combined with all of my organs being pushed up, It looks like I have two separate bumps. One above the belly button, one below.

I bought a $5 belly band at Walmart hoping to smooth things out, but it doesn't make any improvement. Do the expensive ones work any better? Is there a good brand for this?
