I had a dip then last cycle. Not pregnant.

It’s really hard to tell anything from one temp. It’s just a tool. The cycle I got pregnant with my daughter my temp never dipped at all. It stayed high within .2 degrees my entire luteal phase. I know some people get an implantation duo but it’s definitely not the only reason for a dip.

Yes. Most women get a dip around then that has nothing to do with pregnancy. Has to do with secondary estrogen surge.
