Semen analysis question.. clumping??

My husband's family Dr called him with the results of his semen analysis test and said that the count is a bit lower than normal and formation of sperm looks normal, but they also noted clumping and she doesn't know what to make of that.

We are going to a fertility Dr next week for me, and we can ask about the sperm clumping during that appointment, but wondering if anyone else got a result like this/know what can be done about it.

Note that he did follow the guidelines from the lab for collection, ie. Obstained for 2 days prior, and ejaculated with the 5 days before testing.
