Implantation symptoms???

Ladies I need ur help,I need to know what the symptoms of implantation are,last night I had really bad back pain,pelvic pain,nausea,dizziness and no apetite what so ever???

I had uterine cramping for a little over 24 hours, with some pretty bad lower back pain. Then it went away, and I tested 3 or 4 days later with a very faint positive. Third pregnancy for me, first was a MC, second was my son, but I don't remember noticing implantation with the first two pregnancies.

I had the actual implantation bleeding on a Sunday and then Monday I had heart flutters. I was supposed to get my period Tuesday and I had really bad cramping and backache, so I thought my period was coming, but it didn't come and I got a very definitive positive on Wednesday!

You need to get a blood test hun. It's not odd to not show up on home pregnancy test despite wat other woman would want you to believe. I don't show up till 2 weeks or more after my period is due. This is common for me. Jus had to get blood work to confirm I was pregnant and I am!
