Mr. clean magic eraser. It really is magic. When we bought our first house the tub was like that and nothing I tried would get it clean until I tried the magic erasers.

So does bleach but it’s bad to use to much bleach as it’s bad for the pipes

Leaving with Clorox all over for 30 min the rinse and  use Mr clean magic eraser  right after 👍🏼

I spray my tub with pure bleach and let it sit for a while. It works for me.
