Probably having my 4th miscarriage
So I have endometriosis and have been ttc for 12 years lost weight and got my bmi to 31and fell pregnant which ended in miscarriage.

Mc sep 18
Mc mar 19
And got another bfp on April 8th.
I got a scan on Fri 3rd may and they measured me at 6.3 weeks and fetal pole was 6.something mm but there was no heartbeat. So I have to go back on Fri 10th may. Anyone had anything similar?
