Refusing Daddy?

This past week, my daughter refuses to hang out with daddy. Anytime I try to rest, she cries while he watches her. She has also started refusing bottles, so she won’t eat from anything but the breast. I have no idea what to do to remedy this problem, but it’s unrealistic for me to be with her 24/7. Any tips?
Edit: She is only 5 weeks old.

Daddy will need to learn how to soothe her, maybe try a different bottle or nipple. Also a pacifier might be helpful. At 5 weeks she is not being manipulative AT ALL and she does need to be soothed. Sounds like Dad just needs more practice which is normal.

When she cries let daddy sooth her. Also he could use a piece of your clothing to help.

Just sounds like a leap. We’re going through the same thing. Dad tries his best but you know we can only listen to the baby cry for so long. They just want mommy for right now.

You have to remember you were her home for the majority of her life. For the bottle drinking id recommend trying a 0-4 mo sippy cup

When she cries don't go running to her. Let the dad handle it. If you go every time she cries then she knows all she has to do is cry and she gets her way.
