Personally I have the Evenflo Pivot system. I absolutely love it. It has a plan like setting for the stroller or it can hold just the car seat alone. Very lightweight and moves very easily. Can be opened one handed and car seat snaps in very easily.

It’s just preference really. I’m sure all are good and safe. A lot are more affordable then others. They all look so different, I personally hate 3 wheel strollers unless it’s a jogger stroller (there’s different ones)
I highly recommend one that lets you lay baby flat like a bassinet. My mom has the Urbini Omni plus travel system from Walmart and works perfectly and she’s had it since my nephew was born 3 years ago. She paid $200 (that’s with tax). 
I myself got a baby trend stroller. I paid $260 with tax. Affordable for me and has the bassinet. I still use it and my son is 2 years old 😊😊😊

If you live close to a buy buy baby they have a million strollers you can try out (like 10x as many as target has out) so you are able to test drive them and fold them down etc. They even have big baby dolls you can put in that are like 12 pounds to get a sense of what’s it’s like with babies weight in it. Made a huge difference for me! I went in with my top 7-10 that I wanted to see in person and tried them all out. I went early on a weekday and I took my time trying them. The guy who worked there was super patient and helpful and had lots of facts on weight limits which need adapters and don’t and what car seats can clip into what which need to be fully broken down after each use and so much more. I am pregnant with our first but we hope to have our second close in age so I was looking for strollers that can convert from 1 to 2 if needed in the future.

Everyone has different needs and budgets! My suggestion to you is to go to a baby supply store and try out strollers for yourself. Consider your lifestyle when choosing a stroller. I believe travel systems give you the best “bundle” because they bring the infant car seat. My baby absolutely hated being in her car seat so I just needed a stroller that could recline back so she could lay flat. If I had known that she was going to hate her car seat I would of just gotten a full sized stroller and a convertible car seat for her! But then again, you really won’t know what exactly you’ll need until baby arrives lol. I have 2 strollers, a jogger (my fiancé prefers to use it) and a full size stroller that I use. We love both of our strollers. Our jogger is the TRE model by chicco and we also have the Maxi cosí Lila modular stroller.
