Food aversion, more like food avoidance
I'm pregnant with baby 2 and I was so sick with my first. Throwing up my whole pregnancy, but genuinely hungry. This time I'm not hungry. Everything I eat just grosses me out, or I am barely able to eat a decent portion of it. I am trying to force myself to eat when I feel like I can but I'm just not feeling up to it most of the day. What can I do to make sure I am still getting the nutrients I need with out having to really eat?
