Tiny amount of nausea, 6 weeks pregnant with second

Hi! With my first pregnancy I had a lot of nausea and vomiting! Barely any nausea with this pregnancy! I know I should feel lucky, but when i read articles online it gets me worried! Is anyone experiencing the same as me 2nd time around?
