Not symptom spotting

I’m not symptom spotting as I’ve already decided that I’m not taking any tests until I’ve missed a period. I believe I’m 3dpo, and experiencing some lower back pain and pelvic pain, all on the left side. I know it’s not implantation I was just wondering what it could be?!
