What does a pregnancy test look like BEFORE you've peed on it?!

Are the control lines there before you pee on it? Or are both windows blank, and the control lines (and positive line if you're pregnant) appear after the wait time? 
I took one this morning, but I noticed the control lines were there when I opened it. Then I peed, and the positive test line appeared. I'm freaking out because I don't think it's real.

No, it’s blank. Definitely get another test because that one is invalid. Hoping it turns positive for you!

Took these just now. But the horizontal line was in the circle window there before I peed. Different box of tests, same brand. Husband thought the horizontal line looked more like a clear line, not really there, before I peed. 
Going to get a different brand to try later today.

It should be white before so no control line until you pee on it. Any line shows up when you pee on it. What brand are you using?
