Cramps?

Does a combination of the pill and being "active" cause more painful cramps when period time comes around?

That happens to me. Not every cycle but every once in a while they get so bad I cry and can't really do much.

I'm not sure, I'm on the pill and that doesn't happen to me. Everybody's body is different, and depending how new you are to the pill your cramps could become less painful over time.
