Go the doctor and get check out. It maybe preterm labor or it maybe what I have felt with all 3 of my pregnancies. I get "Braxton hick" constantly for hours and hours and they can be like this. I've been diagnosed with an irritable uturus. I have contractions that dont change my cervix. They are not dangerous. You can get them for any reason. Go get checked to be safe. Fingers crossed its nothing serious.

Braxton hicks should not be happening that much in one day at this stage, you seriously need to go to the hospital I don't want to scare you but it could be preterm labor. Definitely go in to be safe.
