Help!!! Please let me know what does this look like
My baby was on neosure premature and told me to change his milk to advance started noticing little dots on his chest up and the back of his head soap I’ve been using now dove because I thought it was the Johnson soap but I don’t think it was because he doesn’t have it on his legs because I put some there including lotion
