Dance and yoga — struggling
Is anyone experienced in dance, yoga or even gymnastics on here? I’m training to be a dancer and I’m going to do dance at college at 16, but every now and then I feel really insecure because I’m definitely not the most talented dancer of the bunch and I wish I could do more impressive tricks. I really want to be able to hold handstands for a long time, maybe learn some flips and leaps and just generally be more flexible and unique, something that can make me stand out in college I guess. Does anyone have any tips on easy tricks and things I can learn? It’s much appreciated xxx
