6 weeks after Nexplanon and AF IS still MIA. Anyone else?

I got Nexplanon out in the middle of my period (day 3) and since then AF has been shy.  I have been taking a pregnancy test once a week just in case, all negative.  I got it removed to get rid of side effects and get a normal cycle.  🤦🏼‍♀️ Trying to be patient.

It took me like 60 something days before my period returned when I got mine out last August
