It could be a skin tag. This happened to me and I got it tested to make sure it wasn’t anything else.

I get all my moles checked yearly! Insurance covers anything I tell her is bothering me. You should check into that. They automatically will test it. I have one that scabs in the same place. Just haven’t gone in awhile.
