Need advise how to start producing breast milk. Is it too late for me?

I had an unplanned c section and didn’t get the chance to breastfeed. 
My baby is now 5 days old and still no breast milk. My breasts seem like it has milk in there but I have 0 nipple for her to latch. 
I’m trying the pumping but no breast milk is coming. 
Is it too late for me? The only other thing I’m trying is lactation cookies.

It’s not too late. Keep pumping and allow your baby to feed to get your supply going again.

Sounds like you might have flat nipples. You can use a nipple shield to help draw them out. It might be a little painful at first, and advice from a lactation consultant can help you achieve a good latch. Usually your hospital will have a lactation consultant on staff. 
It's also very common that it will take a few extra days for you milk to come in after a c section or a complicated birth.

My milk came in between 5-8 days with both my c sections, as long as baby is continuing to latch well and nurse you should be fine!  It is hard, but prob just delayed.  Also totally normal to not be able to pump anything, that does not mean your baby isn’t getting milk.  Skin to skin and very frequent nursing is your best bet!

I had the same thing and my milk came in on the night of thr 5th day. With C sections your milk can be delayed so don't worry. You can also ask your doctor for some domperidone if you are able to take it, its what I was given to help me produce enough at the beginning.
